In our balancing sessions we use a technique know as muscle testing, which allows you to work with your body’s innate intelligence and activate its amazing ability to heal itself.
Muscle testing indicates energy blocks and identifies where corrections need to be made. We then concentrate on these areas using a range of techniques, which may include specific exercises, massage of acupressure points, reflex points or work with meridian energy.
You’ll also learn techniques, which you can take away and use to get long-term benefits and to help yourself whenever you recognise the need.
